Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE Cost Segregation Project Engineer – Mid-Atlantic Region :
- Construct: Create detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, reviewing files, and confirming engagement agreements.
- Site Visit: Conduct comprehensive site visits, documenting assets and common areas.
- Spreadsheet and Word Document Creation: Input building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Review Process: Collaborate with management staff to ensure the accuracy of reports and communicate effectively with clients.
- Attend Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities.
- Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with sales teams and clients, addressing any issues promptly.
- Problem Solving: Tackle unique project challenges and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail in your work.
- Data Gathering: Collect data about client properties, perform on-site reviews, and execute multi-step assessment processes.
