The ideal candidate must be a talented Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands through digital channels. You will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, driving digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring the profitability of our business month over month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage paid ads on Facebook, conducting experiments, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
- Manage Amazon ads, both internally and through software tools, to maximize exposure and sales.
- Improve product listings on Amazon with compelling copy and images, and conduct A/B tests to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize remarketing tools, such as Klaviyo, to engage and retain our customers effectively.
- Utilize remote desktop access to our internal CRM system for remarketing to Amazon customers and conducting experiments with control and test groups (ready in December).
- Organize and manage all digital assets within SharePoint and Office365 for streamlined access and collaboration.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products and brand.
- Assist in light data analysis, collaborating with internal teams to build the necessary frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee and manage the Shopify store as needed, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Manage eBay listings when necessary, optimizing product listings and performance.
- Document all processes and methods, creating knowledge centers within our operating environment to facilitate efficient operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Facebook ads and Amazon Advertising.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and remarketing tools like Klaviyo.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with Shopify and eBay is a plus.
