As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our open-source LLM model. You will work closely with a team of talented developers and researchers to ensure the model remains cutting-edge and accessible to the community. Your contributions will help drive the development and adoption of our LLM project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of our open-source LLM model.
  • Collaborate with the community, addressing issues, reviewing pull requests, and providing guidance.
  • Implement new features and improvements based on community feedback and project goals.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the LLM model.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
  • Document code, processes, and contribute to project documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of Python’s ecosystem.
  • Significant contributions to open-source projects, preferably in the AI/ML space.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with the community.
