Bid Manager – Remote

Job Overview:
LAWAZEM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids that meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bid management principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the bid management process for strategic opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and subject matter experts to develop compelling bid responses that address client needs and differentiate our solutions/services.
- Conduct thorough analysis of bid requirements, including evaluation criteria, scope of work, and contractual terms, to develop bid strategies and win themes.
- Coordinate and lead bid kickoff meetings, bid strategy sessions, and proposal development workshops to align stakeholders and define action plans.
- Manage the bid response schedule, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and company branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information, data, and supporting documents for inclusion in bid submissions.
- Conduct post-bid debriefs and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback and identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain bid-related documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories to support future bid efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bid management or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proven experience in using Etimad Portal.
- Strong understanding of bid management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in written work.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other bid management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
