Portfolio Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic Portfolio Manager to lead our innovative, tech-driven team and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead management of residential properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
• Organize and execute tasks using our task management software, Monday.com.
• Address complex issues, implement permanent solutions, and drive innovation.
• Develop and implement operational systems and processes drawing from consulting and operations best practices.
• Utilize programming skills for operational automation and integration.
• Conduct market analysis to inform strategic property management decisions.
• Manage tenant, vendor, and contractor relationships for quality service delivery.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop on-site property management teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulations in property management and real estate investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, STEM, or related fields; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Background in management consulting or operations at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience with programming and system automation; proficiency in at least one programming language preferred.
• Ability to independently develop and implement operational systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team management and development.
• Flexibility to work US business hours and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Real estate management experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Monday.com and Notion is advantageous.
• Self-driven and motivated with strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
