Bench Sales Recruiter USA
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on bench sales for IT professionals.
- 3-5 years of experience required in US IT recruitment for clients in USA.
- Marketing our candidates who are in the pipeline and ending the current contract
- Developing new contacts with Clients and Tier1 Staffing agencies. Someone who has been in the industry and can be bring existing clients to support us
- Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client.
- Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required
- Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews
- Submitting to their contacts (own Database)
- Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients
- Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate
- Strong experience in the US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones.
Requirements
- Clear understanding of the W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp type of compensation methods
- Proficient in using Job Boards like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other social platforms to match positions.
- Strong in finding realistic contract positions to the bench candidates
- Should meet deadlines and close the contracts
- Should be able to manage the complete cycle of Bench sales
- Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English
- Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, teamwork, and passion for recruitment.
